Yes – FHC does provide a sliding fee scale for those who qualify. A minimum payment is due at the time of check-in. Any additional charges are collected at check-out. If you require a payment arrangement, please contact Patient Accounts prior to your visit.

No – Only 16% of the FHC annual operating budget comes from federal funds.
Is FHC for Spanish speaking clients only?
No – FHC is open to all people regardless of preferred language.
